The view from the beach today

On a whim and for fear of experiencing yet another boring Sunday in the city, I decided to drive-out to the beach today. Thankfully it didn’t rain and it turned-out to be a good, non-boring day at the beach. I will write about today’s adventure (and some mishaps) on a later post.

In the meantime, let me share this gorgeous view that said goodbye to me before heading back home.

Philippine sunsets can never be matched.

    • Yes. It’s a small beach in Nasugbu about 2 hours away from Manila. Mas madami pang mas magandang beach sa Batangas pero I find this to be the closest to the city. Ayos na pantanggal boredom hehe.

    • Apir! Hehe! My sunset last weekend was not Boracay quality but it served its purpose and gave me that nice photo. Kakainggit ka naman. I’m hoping to go back to Boracay before the year ends. Di kase ako naka cliff jump last time kase may bagyo. Crossing my fingers I’ll find time šŸ™‚

    • Hehe I don’t really have a sense of direction Ivan. Buti kapa alam mo na West ang Batangas hehe. Basta alam ko lang I drive South to get there.

Oo ang ganda talaga ng sunset sa area na yan. Pati din sa Tagaytay where I am sorta from. Nagiging fiery orange ang langit pag dating ng mga 5.30 pm. That’s why my favourite time of the day has always been dusk.

    • Ganda talaga Gay! Mas na aapreciate ko ang sunsets sa Pinas now that I’m back. But I am also looking forward to seeing more sunsets in dozens of other countries just like you šŸ™‚

  1. “Philippine sunsets can never be matched.” so true.^_^ the sun, the orange sky… hay there’s something really powerful about sunsets, yung kahit araw-araw mong makita hind inakakasawa no? šŸ™‚
